My homeboy Jaffer gave me a heads up about his brother in law who's Nick Javas, who signed with DJ Premier at Year Round Records, teams up with New Jersey duo 78 WEST (P. GRANT and Victorious) on the first single off their new mixtape "THE PROGRAM".
