Why Dem Wah Test

It makes me wonder why "tourists" who enter in parts of the world and learn about their culture try to immediately adapt to the culture and sometimes I feel there is a limit of crossing the border.

Here's a good example I saw on youtube about crossing the border and if you don't know about dancehall, try not to contest because....cutty, shabba & Ninjaman would not be happy.
