In lieu of the up & coming Hoboken St. Patrick's Day parade I found this hanging the other day, should be interesting what will happen and if this Parade will re-occur for those that have never gone, the City of Hoboken has approximately over 50,000 in population and normally every year about 40,000 non-residents come into town for the bar hopping scene throughout the city, the public safety is concerned due to the lack of man power so they get help from the State, Port Authority, County, and local public safety to come and help on that day.
Here is some information for those that plan on dropping into town but I would be weary on causing a ruckus. $2,000.00 fines for any misdemeanors.
