Teaching for Higher Edu. and recently being involved in helping a local High School in their curriculum I realized that our Education system needs to be looked at very carefully with now the global competition that we're facing. Anyways, these types of videos done by these schools provides hope for the states and I hope that this will also reach a much broader audience in High School because it is all about community involvement and having fun of course.
What started out as a class project for Mr. Ballew's Video Production class at Shorewood High School became a competition challenge against Shorecrest High school.
So then I found that these viral videos have hit community colleges in Canada:
This LipDub has been produced during the integration week of UQAM (Quebec, Canada) with 172 communication students. Made on September 10th 2009
On March 15 2009, the students of HEC Montreal shot their lipdub, on the song Mamma Mia, by ABBA. Almost 150 students took part in the project
