A faded Blue Planet
A Faded Blue Planet is an upcoming documentary about the one piece of clothing that im sure 99% of people have, denim. The documentary speaks with Levi’s historian Lynn Downey and shows the process in which denim is made and the difference between the denim manufacturing in Japan mainstream denim production among many other very interesting things. After watching the trailer to A Faded Blue Planet I can finally justify the cost of Japanese raw denim.
Check out the dedication to denim dyeing at 5:45, his hands are indigo.
