Was able to walk on the Brooklyn Bridge today and I must say its quite a view and if you have a chance to take a stroll one day, you might find something nice.
It's one of the oldest bridges in the U.S. and once it was completed, it was the largest suspension bridge in the world and the 1st steel-wire suspension bridge.
The journey started here:
My other half wanted to get in a shot and say hi to you all.
Was able to pass and check Olafur Eliasson's project which he launched earlier in the year - The waterfalls — which are located at 4 locations: Brooklyn Pier, under The Brooklyn Bridge, Governor’s Island, at Pier 35.
Supposedly about 35,000 gallons will cascade down every minute for all four falls. Onlookers will be able to see the spectacle every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Currently, the project is set to tap until October 13th.
